This June, the [Code.Life] camp taught a group of high school students in Charleston how to design, code, and monetize their own Android apps! Campers used the popular Android Studio software and Java language to create projects such as phone keyboards, social networks, and even a Flappy Bird- style game. Representatives from the local tech company Insyte and Everlink also made an appearance to teach the students about how to turn an idea for an app into a viable product.
We at [Code.Life] are looking to continue teaching young people about programming and app design this Fall. For more information, check out Codelifecamp.com!
